Can you change hand signs with Photoshop?

I was just wondering if there is a way to edit hand signs - as in add or subtract a finger from a peace sign.
It's surely possible but it won't look natural.
Yes you could do this. Look up the "puppet warp" tool. That would let you re-position fingers pretty easily. Aside from that, just removing and cloning sections of finger would let you add/remove them.

This thread reminded me of some of the photoshops I've seen work in this section (not a good thing), good-luck learning this.

That's a tough task, if you're a beginner at photoshop you're not going to pull it off believably.
Yes, you can fake anything in photoshop, it's just how well you can fake it that's the issue

It's not actually that hard to do if you have a decent knowledge of photoshop. Using the clone stamp tool and cutting and pasting, you can create extremely convincing end results.
Yes OP, this is entirely possible, but like the others said, wont look very natural unless you spend time doing it.

Example (I did this in like 5 minutes):

Before:

After:

Added finger, gaussian blur, and noise to create the illusion of low quality photo.

Hope this helps OP!

You could check out my Nikki pack (Click my signature) where she has a bunch of verification pictures such as the one's you mentioned and many more!

These are a few ( https://imgur.com/a/i771O )

But if you want to try and edit it yourself on your existing pack, it's possible if you've got a bit of experience.
If you aren't a pro shopper, goodluck with making them realistic without wasting hours on tutorials and failing endlessly.

This is false, you don't have to be professional, time is the key element here.

Time IS the key element, you're right, but it'd have to be something you do before you start using the pack. If you take a few hours just for a simple gesture on a photo, it could lead to the people thinking you're fake I guess, I've done ewhoring before and that's just my opinion, the quicker you send them, the easier it is to make them trust you.
