Using Custom Themes

I use the SourceCode that I get from the post Here
hackforums(.)net/showthread.php?tid=3699729

And I followed a tutorial on youtube but nothing happens so idk if anyone can help that would be appreciated.
Well, I'm guessing you're at a level where you don't even know visual basic that well. So learn the language first then start using themes... The controls should be in your toolbox, right click it and refresh the toolbox, see if that helps.
1) Add A New Class To Your App (Call it whatever.vb)
2) IN that class erase ALL the code
3) Paste in the code of the theme
4) Debug your project
5) Your controls will appear at the top of the toolbox after you finish debuging
