The deal was $32 BTC for $35.2 PP.
Its just $32 but i decided to give heads up to everybody who wants to trade with him.
I send him the BTC on 25.02.17 and he still has not paid me.

He is a legit guy, maybe he is not well organized enough, but I am sure he is not a scammer. I believe you will get the money back.

He said he's cool with scam report so I'll just mark it as resolved if I get my money.
He said he had some real life problems and he wasnt very active so i decided give him some time before i post the report.
wouldnt say scammed in the title, just say a DD against :c
seems like a nice guy imo n he couldve scammed u for more if he wanted, plus, his acc is worth more than that :)

Yeah, I can't say I scammed him although yes, I still didn't send him money. It was cause of bad timing I guess, I got a chargeback about an hour after Deliverer sent me BTC so I can't pay him back, but I promised I will pay him back as soon as I start my business again which is today.
I agreed with him that he should open a report, I hate scammers and people who get away with it and trust me, I'm working as hard as I can to pay him back the money I owe him.
This will remain opened until I pay him back, period.
Seems like you have both reached an agreement, very relieving to see a dispute handled like this. Good job fellas.

I have just sent money to Deliverer's Paypal to resolve the dispute. As I said, I'm not a scammer, just had a bad timed deal. Hopefully this won't cause any problem with my future deals.
