Up until a few days ago i could play league fine without a problem. Not when i play its drops from my usual 144hz to 50 and just skips me all over the map which is making it impossible to play.

First thing is to repair the client see if that helps.

Cap your FPS to 144. Worked for me.

Sounds much better than the "attempting to reconnect" problem I get every now and again.
