Well, HF is almost 10 years old.
Recently, another user by the name of Nachfolger pointed out you could view hackforums with web.archive.org, so I got a great idea.
Here is what hackforums looked like each year.
FYI, if you're asking why the months are different, sometimes there was not an archive for that month.

Low-key, the original Hack Forums logo was pretty tight. I'd be like 110% down to bring that back and use that instead of the current one with a few minor modifications.
Oh wow that old theme looks so fucking different! So 2014 is when it initially took on its current style then?
If I clicked on hack forums back when it had that purple theme it would have completely deterred me from singing up... So i'm sort of glad I didn't find it earlier now haha.
(No hate or offense intended, it just looks alot smoother and user friendly now than it does in those older screenshots but I could be wrong)
Honestly, I didn't know the new theme wasn't introduced till like 2014. I assumed it was introduced in like 2012-13. Ha.

I just assumed it has always looked this way, but I'm just naive when it comes to stupid shit like web design. (its not stupid but I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about so when I speak of it, it sounds stupid.)
