It is not ethical. You should trust your husband or confront him about issues like these. Do not go behind his back and into his privacy. If you catch him in the act, that is a different story but out of suspicion, it is unethical. My honest opinion.

Yes but the likelihood of you getting imprisoned for it is like 1000000 to 1 because they don't give a shit about low level shit like this really. They care about jacking cards, stealing money, hacking into gov databases, ect, ect. This is like drawing on a wall with a sharpie compared to spray painting a whole building with propaganda.
