Why should I stay til Year 12?

Hey I'm currently in year 11, and I was just wondering what are the benefits of staying to complete year 12. Hear in Australia you can drop out at the end of year 10 and get a trade or something but I do not want to work a trade really, so I was wondering what I actually get out of completing year 12.
I'm in the USA but here's it is important to get as much education as possible, it shows you're not dedicated to putting time into something that will benefit you, the employer will see it as such as well.
Where you at? Each state has its own system. New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland?

Depends where you wanna end up. If you like hands on stuff, want a job there. Do a trade, you don't have to drop out. I recommend you complete your atar (or equivalent) just incase you change your mind, then your atar will let you go to uni (for free!!!! based on HECs)
Depends on what you want to do. Finishing year 12 means you've got easier access to uni for the first 2 years out of school. Leaving means you can start working sooner if you're able to find work, however most employers would take someone who has more schooling.
If you don't want a trade what will you do? Work in a McDonalds? At a Kmart? Woolworths? You won't be able to find too many entry level jobs.

NSW, thing is I have not a clue at all what I want to do as a career, I work casually at KFC and thought I may as well complete year 12 cause I can't make up my ,imd on what I want to do, don't think I'd like a hands on job no.
Depends what you want to do, if you want to be a tradie it's not very important but if you want to be a paramedic it's quite important.
Tertiary Education. Broaden your experiences and knowledge. There are opportunities abound for someone who possesses a degree, especially in STEM. But its all personal choice in the end.
I say stick to it, I don't think much harm will come, meanwhile you could think of alternate career options too, which u hadn't thought of before.
Here in america the high school diploma is the most important piece of education. It would be extremely hard to get a job without one.
Want to get a trade job? Have family networks? Want to start being an entrepreneur asap? Drop out

Want to continue formal education? Want a high paying salary job after going to college? Want society to accept/respect you off the bat? Finish School

I chose the first for personal reasons and i'm actually doing really well. Things are about to get crazy good also lmao, all in due time. The world won't end with whichever choice you pick.
