this is my first thread in HF
now we can convert byte to string and back without Encoding Class
will use two methods in vb.net and c#
the 1st using Class Buffer exactly BlockCopy method to copies a specified number of bytes from a source array starting at a particular offset to a destination array starting at a particular offset
BlockCopy(src , srcOffset, dst, dstOffset, count)
src : source array
srcOffset :starting offset of source array
dst : destination array
dstOffset :starting offset of destination array
count: number of bytes to copy
the 2nd method convert byte to char array and return in string or converting string into char array then to byte
