My laptop is about 4 years old, i need a new one but not yet.

The processor is 2.0gz and i just upgraded my ram from 4gb to 6gb, but it almost seems slower.

What can i do to improve speed, i plan on running CCleaner, And something to delete adware, and uninstall google chrome and reinstall it as its very slow and always says (waiting for cache)

Help?

What OS are you running? I assume 7?
I'd recommend a reinstall of windows

2.0ghz is complete trash bro I bet it is slow as hell, You need get new laptop with way better gpu.
