Hello everyone. I like a thin slice of pizza, with extra sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese, made in a brick oven. I like my pizza 25% crunchy 75% oily from extra virgin olive oil. I like when the crust is soft, and when the bottom underneath the cheese/sauce is soft, but there's still a little bit crunchiness effects from the brick oven. I also love some pepperoni on the pizza, and topping such as freshly chopped oregano for garnish, grated parmesan cheese, and other herbs and cheeses.

Man you know exactly what kind of pizza you like. Lately I've been getting green pepper, onion, and mushroom. No meat for some reason? Type of crust etc. doesn't matter too much.
