I recently got scammed in LBC, user paid me with stolen funds , he sent me his ID which is matching with the skrill account name and LBC account.
Now he got banned from LBC but Can I take legal actions? amount was $5000 USD all I have is his full name, and his ID.
He is not from the same country I am, so police can take this serious or even the law, will take this serious or just a waste of my time?
Any help you may need , contact me at skype.

Depends on the country he is in. What country?

His ID could be fake. I'd say you are screwed man, probably an international scammer.

My first thoughts exactly. If someone is going to scam $5k on LBC, they probably aren't using their own ID. Anyways, try and see what you can do, but I wouldn't hold much hope.
I doubt you can do anything if they are overseas.
You can contact LBC and ask for your options.
They have logs (IP) and all that.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
I can help you find the full personal and private information of the scammer. Take matters into your own hands
Technically, if it's matching with the skrill account, wouldn't that be a fake ID if the funds are from a stolen account?

It's probably a fake ID or a stolen CC attached to a fake skrill account with a fake id.
A police department doesn't have the resources to deal with this case, and if they did their likelihood of success would be low. The FBI wouldn't even take the case unless you're important since the monetary loss is so low, unless they link it to a case of repeated carding. Even if the FBI/police/whoever investigated this and caught the guy, you still most likely would not get your money back.

If you're gonna scam $5k with stolen money, I'm pretty sure you'd use a proxy or anything
wow 5k can you post their account please
Like many said this user is most likely using a combination of fake id + stolen credit card. If the user is not in your country (which is very likely) you most likely can't do shit. Sorry.
