Like snailgolfer said the best way would be facebook ads, if i'm right now you can list even your teespring shirt on amazon (new integration), joining facebook groups related to your niche, posting on pinterest, joining some subreddit

As other's said, Facebook ads is the best option. You just need to laser target your market, to see some good returns.
There are tons of free guides available for this. You just have to Google.

Hey mate. Check out Squalo's thread and send him a message if you find Facebook Ads confusing.

Now, another way you can promote your TeeSpring shirts, assuming you are also buying Instagram shoutouts, is to sell to a niche community. Perhaps a forum or a group.
