Hi its been a month since my phone got this problem and according to Motorola it is a killswitch I cannot pass through even if I tried to go to recovery mode tried also some tips coming from YouTube on how to bypass google account but still didn't worked my phone came from LA given to me by my sister and i cannot access now her google account coz she pass away already by the way it is from at&t network provider
P.s. I already manage to get through home screen through #*#4636#*# but all google application is not working as well as other apps. And every time I close my phone and open it again back to setup wizard and I need to undergo again some process in order for me to get through
I manage to install some apk which is working like es explorer es task manager( but root button is not working) lollipop launcher a/o downloader a/o cleaner terminal emulator
Can someone help me to solve this problem please please please
In addition to this I manage to download kingroot and root explorer
