I need something that is very simple and it needs to be as cheap possible.
No css or anything fancy is needed, it just needs to work!

- api from for example blockchain is needed? ( or suggest other one? )

- here is a product shown, after clicking it goes to buy page
- so this page only contains a link to buy page.

Buy page
- BTC page where information is show how much and where to send btc
- wait 1 confirmation ( or none at all? possible? Is it secure? )

Download page
- after confirmation of received funds it goes to this page, it must not be able to accessed without confirmation of payment.
- If failed then it goes back to homepage

Payment: Paypal/skrill
Price: Offer me, need this as simple and cheap possible!

Not a simple way but it's free:

Just use Wordpress -> eCommerce -> any btc payment plugin that is compatible with eCommerce (there's tons). Of course this isn't a simple clean scratch source code but it is a working method
