We did a $30 Exchange (my BTC his PP) on 4/22/17. He charged back today (5/1/17). Although he doesn't say the email address that sent it, he was my only $30 transaction that day.

If it's on hold it was more than likely sent from a hacked PayPal, if that's the case good luck getting that back.
