Full stack web dev

Keeping it short, check my signature to see what I do.
I am looking to expand my range of products, I need web devs with extensive knowledge on SaaS and multiple server side languages.

Paying well with long term opportunity and possible profit shares.

respond with a list of languages that you know (both front/back-end)
also, include a list of projects/portfolio and tools that you build.

Any frameworks should be included aswell.

fail, try again, repeat till flawless :)
Why don't you start with what you require skill wise followed by what you're will to pay.
I could sit here for hours listing out the frameworks I've used and continue to use.
Plus, you're best bet if you want cheap developers is to higher a bunch of Indians.

been there, done that. Indians generally don't live up to quality standards and communicative skills are not really to die for :P.
I'm looking for webapp frameworks that support SaaS, mostly PHP I guess

Saas is just a model so any language "supports it" its up to the developer to implement the model, and the business to support it.

I'm from the Microsoft stack so I can't help you with PHP as I haven't been near it in a while.

Granted some of the Indians code quality (the cheap ones) aren't the best, and communication skills can be strained too, but with the correct management you can get a good solution pretty cheap. So, maybe what you should be looking for is a good project manager.

There are plenty of languages simply not build for SaaS, they are either to slow or will bottleneck under load. I'm not sure why you are saying "all you need is a good project manager". I have managed dozens of teams on hundreds of projects. Indians are far harder than any other I have worked with. Hence I'd rather pay a bit more and get better quality in return
If you ever need a front end dev to layout or style your websites, just hmu buddy :)

Such as, but not limited to?

It was only a suggestion mate, but I've worked with them myself in the past, and they can produce some good stuff if managed correctly just the same as good developers will produce shit under bad direction.

I appreciate the suggestion, don't get me wrong :D.
Not quite my experience though, a decent developer imho is a guy that can take in a project managed by someone incapable and still make the outcome "workable". The art of managing is being sure you don't have to manage allot. Indian guys so far require an extensive amount of micromanagement. I want you to build xyz, I really don't care if you use 1/2/3 tab intends as long as you stick to guidelines. 🤝🤝
Feel free to shoot me a PM or add me on Skype (knarleyhf). Thanks.

I'm looking for those that actually read project description in detail and can comply with that. It has nothing to do with being cattle, it has to do with being fully focussed and being able to fully understand what is being asked.
