Someone grave digged a thread and I for reason was snooping around and I found that this person a regular user gave this leet a +1
Back in 2009 could any user give someone else a +1?
That was way back in 2009, he could have gotten his upgrade revoked or something.
Most likely they were a L33t, gave a rep, something happened and they lost their l33t, Rep stayed.

Might have been when upgrades were a yearly subscription. I wasn't around when that was how it worked but I do know there was a point where upgrades weren't lifetime.
