I am a RA4WVPN customer and I use it to do some stuff I don’t want anyone to know.

today I decided to search my IP on google and I came across a reddit post that contained proof that RA4WVPN is keeping logs and proof and in that proof was included my IP real home ip address

On top of that it looks like RA4W has scammed people on other forums.

Yeah I wouldn't admit that, just dump ra4w and buy another vpn like PIA or N-o-r-d. There is a guide from Previously Known As.... look for it.

What a shame, could have been decent. Haven't used it since it came out, but it was disappointing. Seems like a lot of VPN companies lie these days unfortunately

As we have said before we were setting up a new bandwidth feature which was experimental, the dev used all parameters available unfornately, the dev no longer works for us as we don't want people who don't understand our users privacy and integrity. The "logs" are just connection attempts in the span of a few days. They were purged and unfornately got leaked before the purge by our old dev. The function would just account byte in and out no other information. Also for your concern the "logs" does not include sites visted etc.

As i said we don't keep logs and never will. We're deeply sorry for your lost trust in us. If anyone has any concerns please forward them to me.

Why do you consider him an a**hole for speaking the truth?

It is required by law to inform (in writing) consumers of a data breach after one has been discovered. Plus it's not fair to hide it if you care about your customers and their data.

He stated on a previous thread that he sent statements to users who wanted to know about it...

aka if a user found out this happened and demanded answers, he told them. However no announcement or email was sent to his customer base. Those who were left in the dark remain in the dark.
