Computer wont turn on

I changed the rotation of the fan for my CPU heatsink so there could be better airflow. I ended up taking out the bracket for the heatsink and put it back together. when I went to turn it on nothing happened. I press the button for the power and nothing happens. None of the fan spin.

What I have tried:
-Took out and made sure the CPU was in properly
-Tried different formation of ram.
-Took out GPU

When I plug it into the wall a light goes on from the PSU and one in the motherboard.

Specs:
AMD Phenom x6 1035T
GTX 750
HP motherboard and PSU.
Crucial SSD

Sorry for any spelling mistakes, it's late and I want to get this fixed. Someone, please lead me in the right direction.

Did you remember to plug in the 4 pin CPU cable? Did you make sure your front panel wiring is correct? Sometimes people put PWR SW in the wrong place.
Go through and double check all your cables, like every single one. Wiggle em make sure they are in there firm.
Can you hear my weed?

cuz it's loud
UPDATE:
I found out when I don't plug in my CPU pin the cpu fan spin. When I plug it back in, nothing. Before I also heard a small pop sound and a slight burning smell.
