This only happens on my main account, on my alt account it doesn't do this.

My mouse in CS:GO stutters and is slow when I look around, I have been playing on 800 DPI and 1 in game sens for a long time (both accounts have the same DIP and sens, and on my alt the sens feels much faster), this only recently started happening. It feels really draggy, like i'm dragging my mouse through mud when I try to look around and it's super inaccurate (when I look to one place and look back, it won't be in the same place).

Things i've tried:

-raw input (it's always been on, even tried the console command m_rawinput 1 didn't work)
-vsync
-reinstalling CS:GO
-cleaning my mouse pad (even though it's brand new pretty much)
-plugging mouse in different USB ports

I really doubt it's my mouse or my USB ports, as this problem doesn't occur on my alt account just my main for some reason. If anyone has a fix for this please tell me because it's driving me insane trying to play.

EDIT: Literally just fixed it by removing a bunch of launch options, such as -nojoy -threads 2 +cl_forcepreload 1 +mat_queue_mode 2... I feel dumb.
