I've been playing around with the animation panel and I'm trying to get a previously made .gif file on to a .psd so I can export as a gif.

I can get the gif to work when I export, but rather than putting the desired layers on to the timeline, it puts every layer on to the timeline. I haven't been able to find a tutorial that can help me. Anyone have a clue? 😶
