How to find the mail server/login for a custom email?

You know how businesses have custom emails for their employees and it is the domain of their website. I am curious on how to locate the login page or settings or anything like that to access the mail?

Sorry I'm a noob with this stuff.
It just depend with the email client they are using.
Cut the bullshit! You are capable
..
You can also set up your own domain to log in to Google, Outlook etc. So sometimes they won't use their own mail Panel.

You can find anyones IP through an email if they are not using a VPN anyway. So that would show you where the server was. Unless ofc it has CF or something else sat in front of it. Then your not getting it any time soon.

Not exactly following you two. ^

As an example; let's say I have the email [email protected] and the password. I don't know what email client is used or anything like that. Is it possible to find a way to log in?

I've looked up the DNS records and such and for MX some of them use outlook.com and stuff - but that's as far as I managed to get. Don't know how to move forward from there. Do they just login directly to outlook.com? I don't think that's the case...

Anyone else? Please? I'd appreciate the help
Try to log it in from mail2wed.com
Your best bet is to do a port scan on the domain.

For example: [email protected]

You'd want to first find the IP of the web server hosting customdomain.com then you'd want to run a port scan, find the port the mail server is on and simply visit it in a browser.
Their login page is usually webmail.(domain name)
What do you plan to do once you get to this page? Brute Force? Many panels these days protect against this message per IP, and will get you IP banned.

The drawback of using webmail is that it is publicly reached from outside the network, unlike outlook which is using your private ip address on your domain.
