Chrome Won't Open

When I click on chrome, my cursor shows the typical loading circle for about 1 seconds.. and then literaly nothing happens..

No crash report, no nothing..
So I tried reinstalling it and what not, same issue.

But then after about 7 minutes, chrome opens up like nothing happened.
Any idea? Windows 8.1
I apologize to everyone truly. I didn't do what I did just for the hell of it. Family needed food and a roof.

Try contacting Google. It happend to me in the past too. I dont remember how it got fixed (lol) but try to uninstall addons and scan for viruses.
Open task manager, and find chrome.exe . Select it and press delete /kill. Then try again. Make sure there are no chrome.exe left in proccesss manager
