Would be cool if a rotating banner ( like the NYSE ) was implemented with a few main currencys. Like the top 10 and have their prices listed, and below I have added a arrow where it could be added

It would be cool, and definitely possible, but would have to be programmed fully by Omni, and all the software ran on this server.

While it would certainly look nice, I don't see much of a use for it as that section isn't really used for real-time exchanges.
