the .txt file needs to be like this :

Line 1: number of symbols in the PLC alphabet.
Line 2: number of states.
Line 3: number of initial states, followed by their numbers.
Line 4: number of terminal states, followed by their numbers.
Line 5: number of transitions.
Lines 6 and following: transitions in the form
<Start state> <symbol> <arrival state>
