Only upgraded members had this feature but it's completly removed.

Only UB3R members were able to junk threads until the feature was completely removed due to spammers and a lot of hassle in general.

You can't. Unless the thread violates a rule, its there to stay. If it does violate a rule, PM one of the staff members to remove it explaining why you posted it even though it violated a rule.

This is not true. As an upgraded member you can just close the thread and leave it at that. (Mass) editing the contents of your threads will be considered thread edit abuse and will result in a rollback of your threads and a closure of your account.
