I know it says that "sticky suggestions will be denied", but in this case, wouldn't putting this thread as a sticky in this section make it a lot easier for people to know what not to suggest?

I was looking through the rules to try and find a thread about what not to suggest because I was curious if we could suggest a new award (STRAT award would be cool)

and I couldn't find one, so I searched "suggestions denied" in the search bar and finally found it, but if it was a sticky in this section, it would probably limit a lot of threads where people suggest stuff that shouldn't be suggested.
