This whole "distributing antivirus" is bullshit
I tested this theory myself, crypted a darkcomet build and scanned 10 different stubs each day for 3 days, not a single fucking detection...

Thanks for including DirectLink.cz on there. Unfortunately, the site went down at approx 6PM EST on 6/5/17. I am working on solutions to keep the service up and running. I am aiming to have it up in a few days. I'll PM you when it's back up.

You could be right but the fact is they state in the Privacy agreement they share your files. Your file could just not be shared yet.

When you submit a file to VirusTotal for scanning, we may store it and share it with the anti-malware and security industry

Virustotal does distribute your stubs lmao. You must be dumb.
Also, as soon as you scan on virustotal, you can see people connecting just to analyze your file. Which you won't find on a non-distributing site.
