Hi. A couple weeks ago I contacted this user (uid=2002640) after looking at this thread: hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5200652

Paid him 135 twice for a total of 270 for a website, which he partially made but is very dysfunctional and cannot function as a real website under any circumstances. I can give the website url to a staff member if they want it- it's not really private but I'd prefer to not just put it out here.

He has not responded to me for weeks, so I have no choice but to file this report.

I already said I'd prefer to not make the website public if not needed. What screenshots would you like me to provide? I gave screenshots of me paying him and of him not responding.

Again, I apologize- I feel like I'm misunderstanding something here- is there a specific bit of proof that I didn't provide?

Paying a member $270 with low rep is a little silly, hopefully he gets what he deserves. Seems like a legit case.

I don't know why you should go first to a stranger and not use a middleman. Be dangerous when dealing with members in here. He also has 2 matching IPS right now.

Op contacted me to build a site for him - and sent the web files - otherwise why would he have sent me money?

I admit there are two features I haven't implemented but that's all. I had told him that I wasn't feeling well for a couple of weeks but I also told I would finish up on those remaining features.

So this is more of a misunderstanding.
