Read which group offers what and you decide, no reason to ask the community. It is a personal opinion. But if you only have $22 BTC I'd recommend not upgrading ATM.

3P1C is more of an add-on upgrade vs an actual account group. I get members who buy 3P1C all the time then ask me if they can pay the difference to get L33t. I won't do that. Best to correctly pick the upgrade you want.

I recommend L33T before anything else. EP1C doesn't offer you too much.
