Anybody withdrawed coins and didn't get them?
I withdrawed siacoin yesterday when they enabled the withdrawal feature, the tx says is completed on the polo page but i cannot find it on the sia explorer and nothing is in my wallet. I sent ticket and they said they will look into it, but no reply so far...

EDIT;UPDATE
After 11 months they have returned the coins. NEVER EVER USE POLONIEX FOR CRYPTO TRADING, WORST SITE EVER! 🤝

Withdrew 100 SC as a test a couple of days ago (when it came back up) & still processing on their end apparently. Wont be withdrawing SIA from poloniex again as I took to reddit and people are missing thousands of dollars.

Yeah when I sent my SC in I emailed them twice. As soon as I contacted support the coins showed up.

I have big news. After almost a year they have returned the coins that were stuck as processing. I'm still stuck with the verification thought.
I'm never going to use Poloniex again in the future. 🤩
