Omni has stated that he's lifted the ban on most VPNs.

I will be visiting China shortly and I am going to be browsing HF using ExpressVPN, one of the major main VPNs used in China.

Is ExpressVPN on the ban list?

Shouldn't be, considering that Omniscient said this:

1. China and Russia are unblocked. These have been blocked for at least 8 years.

If Omni would want to unblock China, he would surely unblock their most used VPN.
But that is just what I believe, let's see if someone happens to have that VPN and can test themselves.
