I would imagine they just have a service on their end that allows IPs from your ISP to browse wikipedia. Doubt there is anything you can do sorry.
Got this in pm what do you think guys ?
PM: You can try doing this: registering a domain Wikipedia.org.any-domain.com Loading a proxy server over FTP and by accessing Wikipedia.org.any-domain.com you might be able to access any website where the firewall is thinking it's access wikipedia.

Short of Wikipedia in the future offering a CGI web proxy service (a web based proxy that uses wikipedia's own IP address to render your website in an iFrame or iFrame like section within a Wikipedia Page, eg: h t t p s : ://wikipedia.com/cgi-proxy-cookies=enable&java=enable&flash-enable&javascript=enable?url=http://google.com), or a VPN proxy that uses wikipedia's own IP address, then I dont see how it would be possible.
