This user here on a daily basis, goes and neutrals people - then when they return a -3 or neutral back, he will tell them wrong person or mistake which makes users change their rep on him and he'll change his.
This effectively has allowed the user to farm reputation.

He's camping Stashys rep at the moment so lets see if he updates it.

Yeah i'm going to assume that wouldn't be allowed. Someone in the top 10 as far as most reputation goes, that i know did that back in 2013 and got their first 1000 that way. It's not exactally fair.

If he straight admitted to it, then yeah sure why not - i'd PM staff rather than make a thread, but sometimes it isn't as clear cut as that. Unfortunately it's hard to prove without going into every little detail involved so in this case it's better to alert those of what he's doing and alert staff to be on the lookout.
