Hey HF. I'm a programmer and a Pen Tester, I make lots of tools for my own private use like (Checkers, Crackers, BruteForce). Mainly I do checkers for social media special accounts.

The main problem is rate limiting and what methods could be used to get around it. The current method i'm using is to login to my Router's page and then save my ISP credentials to get new IP. It's that simple but sometimes my ISP can't process my too many IP change requests so they might delay my attempts.

I tried to use free proxies but most sites blocks proxy connections.

My question is what can be done about this and best solution possible in your opinion.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
