I have access to alot of VPS's and dedicated servers. I'm talking about 32 - 128 GB RAM and hell of a specs per dedicated server.
Are there any ways to monetise this (like running something for instance)?

You could use them to mine certain crypto currencies however this method is really not as well paid any more. Even more so with the current state of BTC. There are more to choose from but at the moment they all seem to be dropping / mining saturated already unless you have some " Serious mining equipment "

Depending on the nature in which you obtained these. Lets say you legit own these as I would hate to advise anyone who is breaking the law. But you could utilize the servers and rent them out. Here... Perhaps other web hosting forums ( IDk ..... Insert hosting strat here )

Yeah mining isn't worth it without GPU or an ASIC unless it's an CPU only coin. You know of these? With the specs CPU only might be worth it to rake in some cash. Power ain't an issue.

Not really you could probably sell access for a few dollars per server on here or forums like hf.
