I need someone to create a custom licensing system for a piece of software I have developed (not related to hacking, so simple licensing is ok).
Something like existing services however I need to also host the online, web component as above all I need reliability. I cannot afford to go with other options as I need to ensure the service continues in years to come.
What I need:
Will negotiate price over PM with user. Happy to pay a reasonable amount for good, high quality work.
NOTE: Full amount will strictly only be delivered on the successful completion of this work. The user must be ok with this.

What I need:
- VB.net licensing system
- Must be able to limit connection numbers and computer installations (like NetSeal)
- Serial key purchasing on my own personal website, as well as the ability for users to retrieve passwords, usernames etc if they forget them. I need the dashboard to be on my server.
- Software update system integrated where I can deliver updates to users.
