Most of the replies within his post conist of requesting vouch copies and OP asnwering them. Only two considerable reviews are posted in the thread but, are in my opinion not worthy to read anyway. Those reviewers provide ratings with "8's" "9's" and even "10's" which is unreal and in my opinion way too overrated.
Vouches such as "Vouch for X, he always has great products!" , "You can't get wrong with X!" , "I vouch for this guy he knows what he's doing!" ,"I tested out this product, it works! Great Product!" are not taken into consideration.Vouches without legit-proofs are not taken into consideration.Text-proofs are not taken into consideration. This is a community and in the end people connect to each other either by friendship or a common interest they'll provide a vouch.

He provides small 'proof' of his $700 earnings on the thread. However, it's just a small screenshot of a chart going from $0 to $700. These types of proof are not considered valid and legitimate. I'd like to see some sort of video proof or pictures that have value to them. I've rated this Tier 2 because he provided some sort of a proof, but not enough to raise the tier to a higher level.

How much investment does it require?

Description:
There is no investment required, it's recommended but doesn't take away chance of sales further.
Time:
The method takes around 30/40 minutes to set-up if you are doing it correctly and detailed. You can start at 5 minutes but it's just not worth. I'd say 40 minutes minimum in order to make it look legitimate.
About the product:

When I first saw the thread I already had feelings for this method/book. The thread looks unhealthy and rushed as if it likes he rapidly wanted to publish an eBook without enhancing the look of it. Simple templated thread design with images that have nothing to do with the actual content, plain mountains. The method comes in a PDF document and was sent over Skype. Upon opening the method red bells instantly began to ring. Simple layout, every page has the same background (abstract polygon background). When I saw it had 14 pages I had a feeling the look might be bad but the inner may be good. But no, the font is set to huge so Five/Six sentence can be posted before hitting the bottom line. The content itself comes with an introduction, content page and chapters. Now for the method. The only thing it tells you is to use CPA websites and spread them on Snapchat and Ewhore sites, why you should buy a domain and manipulating the buyers. He states that you can do it the 'blackhat' way by blocking the user inmediately after purchasing which is considerable as a scam.
"You could do this blackhat by blocking them as soon as you receive confirmation on them
signing up"
He basically encourages you to scam them as soon as they paid/signed up on the websites. Although he does also say you can do it the legit way by promising some sort content. I think using this method is ruining the market as sugar daddy's/buyers lose trust in people that use methods like that. Not to forget that ewhoring is Illegal on its own, scamming a bad crime is as well.
About the seller:

I had a question about trafficking clients to click my links, but he comes with an answer I did not expect. He responded to me that this is more of a method to improve already existing methods. And that's true, I learned nothing from this eBook, because this is basic information that is available for free all over the freebie and ewhore section. Here is a part of the original quote from Skype:
"The ebook is more of a staple of how you can improve already well-established methods"
Other than that, the seller is nice. He answered questions fast, was generous and sent the method instantly. It was also no problem as he wanted to provide a new updated version but I said no as I was reviewing it off based on the current book. That is why I rated this Tier positive as it is about the seller, not the product.
