It was quickly noted this was nothing more than Quasar RAT with some re-theming done to it. Through the thread the OP clearly makes the note they intend to put this up for sale once ready.

Pretty much every person who is knowledgable with Remote Admin Tools picked up on this right away, however user continues to deny the obvious.

In the event Cloggy does decide to try and sell this. I would like to remind everyone it is freely available right HERE

I would further highly recommend dealing with extreme care with this user, as they clearly do not have a clue what they are doing in the field.

Great thread Armada and nice catch granted he didn't even post it in the marketplace so he'll get a 3 day ban and probably end up never coming back here again but hopefully no one else falls for "his" RAT

Well at least he did produce something that was a tangible item. Too bad its not his to try and sell. And yea he was at least smart enough to only post a Information thread. So no marketplace ban, but meh.. At least its out there and hopefuly the newer users wont fall for this crap.
