Hello guys, someone has the same problem as me with Razer mice (Keyboard Razer Blackwidow 2013 & Mouse Razer Deathadder 2013), the problem is sometimes as im typing it repeats a letter 2 times when im really pressing it one time (the keyboard has like 3-4 years but its in perfect state and was cleaned last week). With the mouse when I click with the left click sometimes it makes double click (It seems that everyday it passes it does it more & more).

Hope someone has this problem & found a solution. 🤝🤝

Well assuming you bought both devices in 2013, they're nearly 4 years old now. Unless your willing to completely disassembly both devices and troubleshoot from there, I'd honestly just buy a newer keyboard/mouse because this sounds like a hardware problem more then a software problem.

It's probably just Razer products in general. I have a Naga 2013 and it randomly decides to spam 9s whenever.

There have been a lot of reports of double clicking on Razer branded mechanical keyboards (especially the ones with their own proprietary key switches). Most people blame it on Razer's poor quality control.

Anyways, there are potential fixes you can do, but they're quite tedious as they involve taking apart the keyboard, removing the key switch that is resulting in the issue, and opening the key switch itself to clean the actual mechanical parts of the switch with alcohol.

I don't own any Razer products so I'm not speaking from personal experience, but this video seems to be reliable.




If you don't want to go through this, it might be time to buy a new keyboard.

My 2013 deathadder, and 2 of my friends with 2013 death adders had the SAME issue with it double clicking. Mine personally would squeek when you pressed the left button and it would seem like the shell would budge a bit when i clicked, then it would double click. I'm using all corsair products now after ditching Razer. Corsair Strafe RGB brown switch is an amazing keyboard. I use corsiar M65 pro mouse, amazing mouse aswell. Got the keyboard off ebay for only $65(probably stolen since it was so cheap and the guy had like 25 of them on his dining room table) and the mouse was on clearance at best buy for $40. Far better quality than razer. I had the corsair void headset though and that was ABSOLUTE SHIT. Don't reccomend corsair headsets.

Who has the problem ? Tons of people with any Razer product.
Solution ? Stay the fuck away from overpriced ripoffs.

Sorry to be so blunt, but that just the way it is. Razer quality simply sucks, they have 0 quality control.
