The only thing you require for this to work is python 2.7 and a wordlist. In order for this to work place the wordlist in the same directory as the python script. This script works by hashing passwords in your wordlist and comparing them to the hash you entered. This program is super fast and runs through thousands of passwords in about one second, since it works so fast I recommend downloading the famous rockyou.txt wordlist that contains millions of passwords. Here's the code..
import md5
import os
import sys
counter = 1
print("\033[31m\n CRACK MD5 HASHES WITH A PASSWORD DICTIONARY")
os.getcwd
pass_in = raw_input("\033[32m\n Enter The MD5 Hashed Password: ")
pwfile = raw_input(" Enter The Password list: ")
try:
pwfile = open(pwfile, "r")
except IOError:
print ("\033[31m\n [!]Error: File ") + pwfile + (" Not Found")
sys.exit()
for password in pwfile:
try:
filemd5 = md5.new(password.strip()).hexdigest()
print "\033[31m [!]INCORRECT -----> Number %d: %s " % (counter, password.strip())
counter += 1
except IOError:
sys.exit()
if pass_in == filemd5:
print "\033[32m\n [+] PASSWORD FOUND: %s" % password
break
import md5
import os

counter = 1
print("\033[31m\n CRACK MD5 HASHES WITH A PASSWORD DICTIONARY")
os.getcwd
pass_in = raw_input("\033[32m\n Enter The MD5 Hashed Password: ")
pwfile = raw_input(" Enter The Password list: ")
try:
pwfile = open(pwfile, "r")
except IOError:
print ("\033[31m\n [!]Error: File ") + pwfile + (" Not Found")
sys.exit()
for password in pwfile:
try:
filemd5 = md5.new(password.strip()).hexdigest()
print "\033[31m [!]INCORRECT -----> Number %d: %s " % (counter, password.strip())
counter += 1
except IOError:
sys.exit()
if pass_in == filemd5:
print "\033[32m\n [+] PASSWORD FOUND: %s" % password
