No comprehendable or decent thread will include 1 character titles... should have a minimum thread character length like 3 or so.

I don't think I've seen many threads like that. Don't see it being a big issue that Omniscient would need to change the length.

I see both of your points but I think I'll have to agree with Maxim. Having a minimum character length will prevent some messed up title from being posted in the first place...less things to report.
My hat used to be somewhere along the border of being grey but over the past few years, I realized my calling is to learn and help others out in ways that I can ethically. Learn as much as you can, experience, grow, educate, and throw yourself in uncomfortable situations.

Report them for Low Quality and move on. They break Rule N°5 of the Rules and Etiquette:

5. Create relevant subjects for threads. Shit like "OMG" for a subject is immature and asinine.

A restriction could be made but then again what about new members in the introductions area who know nothing and might try having "Hi" as a subject but it won't let them post because of the limitations? Which brings me to the posting etiquette, just report them.

Not a bad suggestion as there are minimum character limits for reputations and posts, although I hardly ever see thread titles being abused.
