CentOS 7 (Oracle VM) - Can't connect CentOS with PuTTy

Hi Hackforums,

To begin,
I have CentOS 7 running on a virtual machine (Oracle), and i have followed so many youtube videos but none of them have solved my issue.
The issue i am facing, is that when i use PuTTy and put in the IP 10.0.2.15, and go ahead, it doesn't seem to have a connection. While i am pretty sure i did everything correct.
I firstly didn't think about it to create a topic like this, because i just need a person that can guide me through this. But because i dont wanna give up but want help, i decided to make a topic out of it.
Please help me with my issue, it will be so appreciated.

Sources i followed:

cyberciti.biz/faq/centos-ssh/
techotopia.com/index.php/Configuring_CentOS_Remote_Access_using_SSH

ndev
Thats cause its set to NAT networking and is isolated, change it to bridged, that way the VM can request an ip from your DHCP server
