I voted bad as the background image is pixelated and you can properly see the blur in the background image.

On the other hand the text is good.

I think it's off to a good start, and has some good elements behind it. However, the social media icons in the bottom right are sort of out of place, and I also don't necessarily feel like the red with blue works very well for a "scary" mood. I do like the choice of font for the art, though.
