On 06-30-2017 I sent The Grim 0.00647273 BTC for his rate of $3/ride for 5 rides.

I really thought the free rides method got patched in the last few days. Maybe not though. Hopefully this gets resolved. Or at the very least, the 3 that I know of are.
Hmm weird has long has it been? The Grim is a good guy I've done deals over $600 with him

Bought them 8 days ago, pm'd him that weekend. Still nothing. Also messaged him friday and today.
Did you try PMing him to remind him to come on Skype? Maybe he just forgot.....

His skype has been on the 'away' status the whole time. He's responded to me once so I didn't think I'd need to.

Members can no longer junk thread anyways. Him changing the thread name and removing your UID should be enough though.
