So, I was friendly as hell with this user to start with.
Messaging over discord I offered to help him protect his cheat with better obfuscation and too help him stop debuggers etc.

I couldn't connect to the AUTH so i sent him the error i was receiving,
He did offer too team viewer however I don't teamviewer to stop files being taken.
Overall, he was a nice guy but is always denying he's had 0 bans over 6 months of the beta.

I asked other subscribers, but not all of them are available to answer that quickly, some are busy perhaps, but I'll provide more screenshots when I get responses. I believe it would be very retarded to open a community with detectable cheat and start selling, of course everyone would want a refund, if someone else was banned, I'd provide a full refund, but since he has no evidence that he used only our cheat, I cannot issue a refund. One of our oldest subscriber and beta tester has been playing on his main competitive only for 6 months, not a single ban. I doubt that we're detectable. If we were, all other users would've been banned as well or atleast one more. Keep in mind VAC Bans can be delayed up to 2 months :)
Note: I wouldn't really open a scam report stating that you were friendly.

If he was VAC'D then the cheat is detected.

to be honest I use his cheat regularly and even got CALLED OUT in MM, still no VAC.
clearly you did something on your account that get you flagged eventually to a VAC ban.
