Bruteforcing of web-logins usually has a low success rate due to response times impeding on the rate in which you can traverse through a combolist or ruleset - so you should rule that out.

Your best bet would to be trying to find a SQL Injection vulnerability that will allow you to dump the user table from the database. From there, passwords will most likely be hashed so you'll have to use a tool like hashcat to extract some plaintexts.
