Hi, I would like to know if nowadays you can earn with a website, using link shortener (like Adf.ly, bc.vc etc...) and Google AdSense.
Prices for a domain and hosting are relatively low, i think.

I just want to know if it's worth it and have some advice from you to start and understand what to focus on.

If you are exclusively looking to use link shorteners, it's not worth it. You will lose more website visitors than you will gain by using them. Affiliate programs and websites with good quality content will earn you far more money.
