Hello everyone! Yesterday, i purchased a miner from user XMR Miner.The price of $14 caught my eye and so i decided to give it a go.Purchase went really smooth through his autobuy system where you enter all your details and choose settings.
I will be comparing this miner to Nihilist Cryptonight Miner made by Friedrich Nietzsche in the future!!!


Features of the miner

• Mines 1 thread or 50% CPU when not idle. 100% when idle.

My own configuration

• Native crypter. Injection to dllhost.exe, 15second delay, icon, no filepump,registry startup, UPX compression
  

I was first curious about the detection rate.I decided to scan the miner on viruscheckmate.
Here are the results:


I then crypted it with my crypter and was kindly pleased.I thought it will be hard to crypt but it wasnt at all. My final output was then 3/35.

The results
Warning! These results are mine meaning that yours may be very different! It depends on the mining pool, workers and crypt!!!
Here are the results i have managed to achieve.
I do not know if it is issue in mingergate but the status shows only 37 workers out of 82.I hope the issue is on minergates side. The hashrate goes up and down and up and down all the time. I willl show you some interesting stuff in just a second.


Anyways if we look at profit calculator, we get this results:



Conclusion

• For $14, it is absolutely not bad
  


• You will need a crypter. Ideally native
  


• Too bad the config inside of the binary isnt encrypted or protected in any way.
  


• It has its pros and cons but the price is fair and compensates most of the cons
  


• You will need quite a lot of workers to make some good profit
  


• Use a reliable and efficent pool. I used minergate for the lulz.
  


• It works as advertised(if we put the cons aside).

Interesting stuff

Miner keeps constantly restarting.Im not sure if it is supposed to do that.Dont mind the 100% cpu usage, its a VM with 1 core.

Appreciate your honest review, as it helps me improve my product. I am actually releasing an update soon.

Regarding your doubts:
-Miner restarts itself when it switches from idle mode and non-idle mode. On next update you will be able to choose the amount of seconds a computer has to be idle to switch miner to idle mode.
-Config is not encrypted, but it is protected. It will be encrypted in next update.
-"asdf35d.exe" is just a string introduced by the builder. I was lazy to rebuild the original miner binary, so I played with strings to add or remove task manager protection in the builder. Next update has several changes, including task manager option inside the config, which avoids the need to introduce this string.

Please let me know which features you want me to add, so I can consider it. Next update so far will have the following:
-Change in 32bit injection technique. Now injection technique does not use suspicious APIs like WriteProcessMemory and SetThreadContext. Also APIs are loaded from manually mapped libraries to bypass hooks.
-Option to modify idle time
-Encrypt config
-Change startup method, APIs used for startup will be loaded from manually mapped libraries to bypass hooks as well.

Vouch. I have XMR Miner since 10/16. All I can say is it works as described and its still mines moneros for me up to this day. Thanks for the detailed review Marriot170.

Still using it, still running. Around 4,3 Kh/s. Waiting for update from the author but for $14, you cant go wrong. You just need lot of workers.
