Hey guys, haven't been on here in awhile. However, I made an Aol email account over 10 years ago and have been trying to recently log on to it. When I try to reset the password it just locks the account and says I have to call their help line. The only thing they ask for is the name on the account and won't give you information till they receive it. Ive given them all the names that should be on the account but they've been incorrect. If the name was changed I wouldn't know. Could someone help me with this issue so that I can get to my mail?
